And Other Duties returns to the International Vocal Competition in Den Bosch (The Netherlands) for Access All Arias: an intensive 5 day opera conducting course.
With masterclasses, one-to-one coaching and staged scenes to conduct, this is a hands-on immersive experience for advanced conductors looking to work at an international level.
Expert advice from director Sir David Pountney, conductor Karen Kamensek, Rotterdam Conducting Competition director Rob Hilberink and singers Susan Bullock and Peter Rose.
Coaching from AOD directors Timothy Redmond (Covent Garden, Wiener Staatsoper, The Met) & Karen Ní Bhroin (Bregenz, ENO, INO, WNO), English Touring Opera Music Director Gerry Cornelius and IVC General and Artistic Director Andrew Watts (La Scala, New York Philharmonic, Bayerische Staatsoper) .
Repertoire by Handel, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini.
Working with solo voices, piano and string ensemble.
Arias, duets and ensembles.
Rehearsals and public performance.
